- A written request for refund must be received and confirmed via email to WildWickedWeekend@gmail.com by 11:59pm EDT August 1, 2018. Refunds will be available through your initial form of payment if requested within 60 days of initial payment. Refunds requested after 60 days may be issued through PayPal.
- 25% refund available until November 1, 2018

- After November 1, 2018, fees are non-refundable
Please note: Table reservations are non-transferable. If you cannot make the event, please contact the organizers before offering your table to another author or vendor. We will not honor reservations transferred without our approval.
Registration Dates and Refunds
- Regular registration of $175 runs through November 15, 2018.
- Late registration of $200 is November 15, 2018 through January 15, 2019.
- Registration closes January 15, 2019.
- Full refunds given through November 15, 2018.
- Half refunds given November 16, 2018 through December 15, 2018.
- No refunds given after December 15, 2018.
- They are transferable with notice to WWW.

Wild Wicked Weekend is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference [without a refund] at the discretion of the conference organizers. What are the Hotel Amenities?
HOTEL AMENITIES AND FEES
Check-in Time / 3:00 PM
Check-out Time / 12:00 PM, noon
- Valet Parking Only: $28 per day
(In/out privileges, charged at time of service)
- Valet Parking for Sunday Brunch at The Colonial Room
Restaurant: $5 plus tax (beginning September 10th)
- Non-refundable pet fee: $125 per pet, per stay
(Maximum of 1 pet per room, pets may not be left unattended)
- Refrigerator based on availability
- Rollaway bed based on availability and room type permitting ($20 plus 16.75% occupancy tax, per stay, limit one per room)
- Room Service: Sun.-Thurs. from 6:30 AM to 10 PM and Fri.-Sat. from 6:30 AM to 11 PM
- Pool Hours: 9 AM to 10 PM
- Incidental Charges: A minimum hold of $50 per day, placed on your credit/debit card, is required for incidental charges
